Family-Centered Critical Care is a model of practice which sets out to help critical care teams create and achieve the best outcomes possible for patients and their families. This Center of Excellence in Family-Centered Critical Care was founded in late 2007 by Mark A. Lilly, father, writer, educator and communication consultant.
